Set it up

1. In a chat with Instinct, ask it to connect to dmswift.
2. When Instinct asks for the MCP link, send it https://app.dmswift.com/mcp.
3. Complete the sign-in if Instinct asks for it: sign in to dmswift, pick the channels and decide on "Ask me before anything is published".
4. Message Instinct.
