Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
The service
dmswift is a platform that lets Facebook Page owners connect their own Pages to automate replies to comments and to send commenters a private message. Customers configure their own automations; dmswift runs them on the customer's instruction.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to connect any Facebook Page you add to dmswift.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use dmswift to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to people who have not engaged with your Page.
- Harass, deceive, or mislead commenters.
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Plans, trial & billing
dmswift is offered on paid plans, typically preceded by a trial period. Fees, quotas, and billing terms for your plan are shown in your dashboard at the time of purchase. Billing is handled directly between you and us; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
No affiliation with Meta
dmswift is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
dmswift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dmswift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or Page access resulting from actions taken by Meta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of dmswift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
