Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
dmswift is a tool for answering people who contact your business: people who comment on your posts, message you, reply to your stories or mention you. It is not a bulk-messaging, cold-outreach or follower-growth tool, and accounts used that way will be closed. Every customer's channels run through one shared Meta app, so one account that spams can get messaging restricted for every customer. That is why we enforce this policy strictly. It covers you, your team members, and every agent, API key, integration and automation you connect.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. A breach of it is a material breach of those terms.
1. Message only people who reached you first
You may send automated or follow-up messages only to people who commented on, messaged, replied to a story of, mentioned, or tapped a button from your Page or Instagram account, and only inside the windows Meta allows. You confirm that every person you message through dmswift contacted you first in one of these ways. You must not: message people who did not contact you; import, buy, rent, share or scrape lists of people, IDs or usernames to message; use message tags, new Pages or accounts, or any other technique to get past Meta's 24-hour window, its private-reply rule or its rate limits; or keep messaging anyone who wrote STOP, blocked you or opted out.
2. No deceptive or harmful content
You must not use dmswift for scams, phishing, fake giveaways or prizes, get-rich-quick, crypto or investment schemes, pyramid or multi-level marketing, misleading health or financial claims, fake testimonials or reviews, counterfeit goods, or impersonating any person, brand or Meta. If a post or comment promises something, such as a link, a discount or a file, by DM, the DM must deliver it. You must not ask people in messages for passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers or government ID numbers.
3. Restricted goods and content
You must not promote adult sexual content or services, illegal drugs, weapons, unlicensed gambling, or anything else prohibited by Meta's Community Standards, Advertising Standards or Commerce Policies, or by the law where you or your audience are. Sexual content involving minors is never allowed, and neither is marketing age-restricted products to minors.
4. No harassment or hate
No threats, bullying, hate speech, doxxing or unwanted sexual content.
5. No fake engagement
You must not use dmswift to buy, sell or fake likes, comments, follows, views or reviews, to run coordinated or inauthentic activity, or to post engagement bait that Meta forbids.
6. Links
Tracked links and QR codes must point to the destination they describe. You must not use them for malware, phishing, cloaking or redirect chains, or point them at link shorteners or other redirectors. We may disable any link at any time.
7. Accounts and access
One trial per person, business, Page and Instagram account. Do not open more accounts to get another trial, or to get around a suspension or a limit; we may apply any action to all associated accounts. Do not resell, sublicense or share access to dmswift except through team seats or Agency client workspaces. Connect only Pages and accounts you are authorized to manage.
8. Security
Do not probe, scan or load-test our systems, get around rate limits or agent caps, reverse-engineer the service, or access another customer's data.
9. AI agents and automations
Everything your agents, API keys, integrations and automations do is your own conduct under this policy. Our caps, approvals, the 24-hour window and opt-out handling protect your channels and our app. Getting around them, for example by spreading activity across several keys, accounts or Pages, is a breach in itself. Where Meta's policies or the law require it, you must tell people they are talking to an automated system or AI, and let them reach a person when they ask. Do not present AI replies as personally written by a named person if they were not.
10. Law and platform rules
You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Messenger and Instagram messaging policies, Community Standards and Instagram Terms of Use, and with anti-spam, consumer-protection, privacy and AI-transparency laws wherever you or your audience are.
How we enforce this policy
We use automated checks and manual review. To protect our shared Meta app, your audience and other customers, we may at any time, without prior notice, and at our discretion: slow or pause sending, campaigns, broadcasts, sequences, links or API and agent keys; remove or disable content or links; suspend a channel or the whole account; or terminate the account and associated accounts. We do this when we reasonably believe there is a breach of this policy, a risk to our Meta app or to other customers, a complaint or signal from Meta, or a legal requirement. Where we can do so safely we will tell you why and how to fix it. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice or write to abuse@dmswift.com and a person will review it. If Meta asks us to stop a customer's use of its platform through dmswift, we will do so promptly, and we may not be able to restore it. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate termination. Examples are spam, scams, purchased lists, ban or trial evasion, and a breach that leads to a Meta warning. Our Refund Policy explains what happens to payments on accounts closed for abuse.
Reporting abuse
If you received an unwanted message, or saw a scam, a harmful link or other abuse from a business using dmswift, write to abuse@dmswift.com. Include the Page or account name, a screenshot and, for a link, the dmswift link itself. We review reports within 5 business days, and urgent cases sooner. We do not tell the reported business who reported it unless the law requires it. You can also report the business to Meta from the conversation or post.
Cooperation with Meta and authorities
We cooperate with Meta's reviews and requests about our app, including by giving Meta a list of our customers and their contact details when it asks. We also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We may share information about an account that breaches this policy with Meta, with Dodo Payments and with authorities where the law allows.
Changes
We may update this policy with immediate effect when needed to comply with Meta's policies or the law, or to stop abuse. We will tell you about material changes. This policy is written in English; if the Hebrew translation below differs, the English version controls.
