Data Deletion Instructions

If you commented on a post of a Facebook Page that uses dmswift and want us to delete the data we stored about you (comment ID, profile name, profile ID, and comment text from that Page's activity log), there are two ways:

1. Via Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → find the app used by the Page → Remove. A deletion request is sent to us automatically and honored automatically.
2. By email: Send a request to support@dmswift.com with your profile name and the Page you commented on. We will delete the data within 7 days.

Data is also deleted automatically whenever a Page owner disconnects their Page from dmswift or deletes their dmswift account.
