Why it exists

Most small businesses get their customers' questions in comments and DMs, and most of those questions are the same ten. Answering them by hand all day is what burns owners out; answering them with a tool that messages people who never asked is what gets accounts restricted.

dmswift does the first without the second: it answers people who wrote first, inside Meta's rules, and it lets the owner direct all of it by talking to an agent instead of learning another dashboard.

What we hold ourselves to

• Official APIs only. No browser automation, no stored passwords, nothing that pretends to be you.
• Only people who wrote first get a private message. Follow-ups go to people who opted in or wrote first.
• Prices that do not grow with your audience: we meter what is sent, never contacts.
• Limits stated next to features, not hidden in a help center.
• Hebrew and right-to-left done properly, not as an afterthought.
