Connect a Page you manage and dmswift answers the comments and messages that match your campaigns, publishes on your schedule, and hides the spam, all through Meta's Graph API.
Comments and Messenger
- A matching comment gets a public reply and one private message in Messenger, through the Private Replies API.
- Messenger messages are answered by keyword, with up to three buttons and a follow-up button that sends the link when tapped.
- A person can take any conversation over from the unified inbox; automation pauses for that contact.
Publishing
Text, link, photo and video posts, colored background posts, a first comment published right after the post, and comments as the Page with an image. Posts can be drafted, scheduled through Meta, published now, duplicated and deleted, from the dashboard or by your agent.
Comment moderation on the same pass
The pass that answers a keyword also hides link-shortener spam, follow-back bait, all-caps floods and words from your own blocklist, with an allowlist that always wins. It hides rather than deletes, because the author of a hidden comment is never told.
Permissions it asks for
pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_metadata, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, pages_messaging, read_insights and business_management, granted in Facebook's own dialog and revocable from your Facebook settings at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Facebook Groups?
No. Meta does not allow private replies to comments in Groups, so dmswift works on Pages and Instagram professional accounts only.
Can it like comments?
Yes, on Facebook. A campaign can like the comment it answers, and an agent with comments:write can like a comment.
Do I need my own Meta app?
No. You connect through dmswift's own Meta app: press Connect, approve the permissions in Facebook's dialog, and pick the Page.
