What a contact holds

• Name, platform, and how the person first reached you: which campaign, post or growth link.
• Tags, added by you, by a campaign, or by your agent with contacts:write.
• Custom fields and notes, visible next to the conversation in the inbox.
• Whether they are still subscribed to follow-ups, re-checked before every send.

Segments and follow-ups

Save a filter as a segment: everyone tagged "price list" who wrote this month, say. A segment can receive a follow-up now or on a schedule, which only reaches people who opted in or wrote first and who are still inside Meta's window.

Why contacts are never metered

Most tools in this category charge by active contacts, so the bill rises exactly when a post works. dmswift meters what is sent: private messages, posts and agent actions. A post that reaches more people does not change your plan.

Yours to take

Export the list as CSV at any time, or receive every new contact as a signed webhook event in your own system. Deleting the account deletes the contacts with it.
