What each post brought in, counted the same way every time.

The funnel

• Comments received and matched, public replies sent, private messages delivered, and link clicks, per campaign.
• Period-over-period change on the headline numbers, and the hours and days your audience responds most.
• A/B results per message variant, with no winner declared before there is enough data.
• Every number downloads as CSV. Group comments are never counted, because nothing can be sent in reply to them.

Meta insights

For each channel: followers, reach, impressions or views, engagements and profile views where Meta reports them, by day, week or 28 days. For each live post: reach, views, likes, comments, shares and, on Instagram, saves. These come straight from Meta's insights API with the read_insights and instagram_manage_insights permissions.

Unanswered questions

Comments that matched no campaign are deduplicated and ranked by how often they were asked. Each one is a campaign worth creating, and it is the first thing an agent asked to "improve this page" should read.

Reports that come to you
