Team and agency
Your team in the inbox, your clients under your brand.
Seats come with the plan, never as a per-person add-on. On the Agency plan, each client gets its own workspace and sees your brand, not ours.

Invites go by email and expire after seven days. A waiting invite holds its seat until it is accepted, canceled or expires.
Client workspaces
The Agency plan runs up to 25 client workspaces and 30 channels from one account. Each workspace has its own channels, campaigns, contacts and inbox, and you switch between them from the dashboard.
White-label
- Your product name everywhere in the dashboard and in the emails your clients receive.
- Your logo on the dashboard and on the sign-in screen, uploaded as a file.
- Your accent color on buttons, links and highlights.
- Your own domain: point a CNAME at us, and the sign-in screen there shows your brand before anyone signs in.
- Your support address, so clients write to you.
Agents per client
API and MCP keys can be pinned to specific channels, so an agent built for one client is refused on every other client's channels.
Frequently asked questions
What does a seat cost?
Nothing on top of the plan. A seat is a person you invite besides yourself: Starter includes 1 (2 people with you), Pro 3, Business 10 and Agency unlimited.
Can a team member see billing?
No. Billing, team management and deleting the account stay with the owner alone.
Is access set per channel?
Team access is per account: a member reaches all of its channels or none. For per-channel limits, use pinned API keys for agents.
