What each limit counts
Private message: one message dmswift sends for you - a campaign's reply to a comment or a message, a broadcast or sequence message to a recent conversation, a growth-link greeting, or the public answer to an Instagram mention. Replies you type yourself in the inbox don't count, and neither does the message sent when someone taps a button in a reply they already got.
Campaign: an automation you have saved, on any channel, switched on or paused. Starter holds up to 10 at a time; delete one to free its slot. From Pro up there is no limit.
Post: a post, reel, story or carousel that dmswift publishes on Facebook or Instagram, counted in the month it goes live. Writing drafts, uploading media and scheduling ahead are never limited, and posts you publish directly in Facebook or Instagram don't count (a post you hand to Facebook's own scheduler holds its slot from the moment you schedule it). If the month's posts are used up, a scheduled post waits and goes out when the allowance renews or right after you upgrade.
Follow-up broadcast: one send-out to people in recent conversations, counted when it starts or is scheduled, however many people it reaches (each message it sends also counts as a private message). Drafts cost nothing. Starter has 2 a month, Pro 30, Business 100, Agency unlimited.
AI reply: a reply that dmswift's AI writes and sends for you. Not included on Starter; Pro and Business have 2,000 a month, Agency is unlimited. The trial includes a smaller allowance, and AI replies stop if you choose Starter after the trial.
Teammate: a person you invite into the account besides yourself, with a viewer, agent or admin role. The owner never takes a seat; an invite that is still waiting holds one.
Monthly allowances start again on the 1st of every month; during the trial, the trial's allowance covers the whole trial.
What an agent action is
An agent action is a write call made with an API or MCP key: publishing or scheduling a post, creating or changing a campaign, replying to a comment, hiding one, tagging a contact, replying in the inbox. Reading is free: listing posts, reading comments, statistics, insights and conversations never counts.
Each connection also has its own daily caps, whatever the plan: by default 15 publishes, 30 comments and 100 private messages a day. They protect your accounts from an agent that loops, and you can lower them per key.
How billing works
7-day trial of Pro, with no card, once per business, Page and Instagram account. The trial has lower sending limits than paid Pro. When it ends you choose a plan; until you do, the account is paused: automations stop, and you can still sign in, view and export everything.
Upgrades apply at once, prorated for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply at the end of the period, so you keep what you paid for.
A failed payment gets 7 days of grace with everything working, then the account is paused. Nothing is deleted.
Messages only go to people who wrote first. dmswift never messages anyone outside Meta's 24-hour window or after they opt out. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments processes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and issues the invoice.

No. Contacts, tags and segments are unlimited on every plan. The meters are channels, private messages, campaigns, posts, follow-up broadcasts, AI replies and agent actions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days of Pro with no card, once per business. There is no free plan: when the trial ends, the account is paused until you subscribe, and nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on your first payment: ask within 14 days at support@dmswift.com, from the account's email address, and we refund it in full, once per customer. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time. See the Refund policy.
What happens when I run out of messages?
Sending stops and the dashboard names the allowance that ran out. You are never moved up a plan automatically.
Does the post limit stop me from uploading or scheduling?
No. Drafts, uploads and scheduling are unlimited. A post counts only in the month dmswift publishes it on Facebook or Instagram, and posts you publish directly in those apps never count.
Is the campaign limit about active campaigns?
It counts every campaign you have saved, active or paused, across all your channels. Starter holds up to 10 at a time, and deleting one frees its slot. Pro and up have no campaign limit.
Which currencies do you charge in?
Prices are in USD. Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, handles the payment and adds tax where it applies.
Which plans include the MCP server?
Every paid plan, from Starter with 300 agent actions a month and one key. The 7-day trial includes it too, with trial limits.
